Secretarial Services
A company incorporated in Hong Kong, is required to have a Company Secretary, this is based in Hong Kong. We can provide such services. The Company Secretary's role is an important one, firstly it ensures compliance with the need of the position being filled, by someone who is aware of the various legal and compliance obligations of the company, and secondly, can advise you on necessary procedures and when things need to be done and finally be able to ensure internal compliance needs and due filing requirements in a timely manner so as not to incur unnecessary penalties. Registered Address
All companies incorporated are required to have a registered address. However, if you are primarily based offshore or that if you are a start-up business and have not leased a place of business yet, then we can provide an office address to act as your registered office. As above, if you are not primarily based in Hong Kong, we can offer our Mailing Address and Mail Forwarding services, at a nominal fee, so that you can receive mail sent to your company in Hong Kong direct. On our receipt, we shall forward them to you either on a monthly or other scheduled basis you prefer. Bank Account Opening

Accounts and Auditing
All businesses in Hong Kong are required to prepare annual accounts and audited accounts for filing with the Inland Revenue Department. We can arrange to have your accounts prepared and an audit report signed off by Practicing Certified Public Accountants and act as your Tax Representative for filing your tax returns to the Inland Revenue Department.
